These terms cover participation in the CardFuzz Android internal test. Public-release terms will replace them before general availability.
Using the test
You may use the internal test for personal, non-commercial evaluation. Follow the tester-access rules provided by Google Play and do not redistribute private test files, room credentials, reconnect tokens, or access links.
Table conduct
Be respectful. Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape, or automate the service. Do not impersonate another player or use another player’s room or reconnect credentials. CardFuzz supports preset table reactions; free-text chat is not part of the current design.
Rules and custom variants
CardFuzz enforces the selected built-in or custom ruleset. House-rule traditions vary between groups, so check the selected variant before starting. Custom rulesets are provided for experimentation and may behave differently from rules used by a particular league, casino, club, or family table.
No gambling or real-world value
Texas Hold’em uses play chips only. CardFuzz does not provide wagering, cash-out, prizes, betting services, or virtual items with real-world value. Do not use CardFuzz to organize unlawful gambling.
Your feedback
If you submit testing feedback, you allow CardFuzz to use it to diagnose, improve, and document the product without payment or attribution. Do not include passwords, private room credentials, or another person’s sensitive information in a report.
Availability and saved data
The test is provided as available and may contain defects. Keep reasonable expectations for test data: app updates, device changes, resets, or service maintenance can affect saved state. CardFuzz may modify or discontinue test access while the product is prepared for release.
Third-party services
Distribution, builds, notifications, and future multiplayer hosting may rely on services such as Google Play, Expo, and a match-server provider. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms.
Support
Use the feedback channel supplied with your tester invitation and include the details listed on the CardFuzz support page. A public legal-operator identity and direct support mailbox will be added before the public release replaces these internal-test terms.
